Home Home Inspection About

What a Home Inspection Covers

Transparency is our standard. Know exactly what to anticipate from our visual real estate reporting.

What is Covered

Our evaluation involves an intensive, non-destructive visual review of safely accessible elements:

  • Foundation perimeter baselines and visible surface slabs.
  • Exterior claddings, structural joinery, doors, and grading.
  • Roof shingle conditions, flashings, valley slopes, and gutters.
  • Attics and visible thermal insulation setups.
  • Plumbing lines, operating basic fixtures, and water heater units.
  • Electrical panels, ground connections, and functional safety GFCI outlets.

What is NOT Covered

To protect expectations, remember that a visual home inspection is explicitly limited and does **not** include:

  • Invasive engineering tear-downs or destructive wall cuts.
  • Underground utility tracing, sewer scope tracking, or septic tanks.
  • Inaccessible crawlspaces, roof elevations requiring active safety risks, or sealed panels.
  • Internal localized component measurements inside complex mechanical loops.
  • Cosmetic surface flaws, wallpaper alignment, or landscaping beauty profiles.
