Before establishing 432 Inspections, I spent years serving our community right here in Odessa as a middle and high school mathematics teacher. If teaching taught me anything, it is that clarity, precision, and an analytical eye for detail matter. I bring that exact same methodical, problem-solving discipline out of the classroom and onto every property site.

In addition to my background in education, I have spent years directly repairing, maintaining, and refurbishing residential properties across the Odessa area. To further back that hands-on experience with technical knowledge, I also completed construction coursework right here locally at Odessa College.

This combination of structural training and practical experience means I don't just look at a house as a checklist of systems—I look at it with the seasoned perspective of someone who knows how local West Texas homes are put together, how they age in our climate, and what matters most when assessing their visible condition.

When I’m not inspecting houses, I’m usually exploring the outdoors with my wife, Sarah, or enjoying the unique landscape of our region.
